Born, raised & primarily educated in India, Krishna is a geotechnical engineer with over 50 years of consulting, teaching, management and research & development experience within the United States, South America, and India. He has worked on various aspects of a wide spectrum of issues related to mining, civil, oil & gas, drilling & production, and wastewater treatment & management in various countries in North and South America, Europe, Africa, and the Middle East.
Although retired, Krishna is still professionally active to some extent with an emphasis on safety, environmental, social & governance (ESG) aspects. He loves music and drama, is an avid hiker, and is socially engaged through involvement in a non-profit organization helping to deal with local homelessness issues.
