Join the Boulder Council for International Visitors for an evening of citizen diplomacy and cross-cultural exchange. We are welcoming international leaders visiting Boulder through the U.S. Department of State’s International Visitor Leadership Program (IVLP) from Ukraine and Kyrgyzstan. Bring a favorite dish to share, meet fellow community members, and engage in meaningful conversations about global perspectives, local life, and our shared connections.
