Russanne Low

Board Member 

Russanne (Rusty) Low, member, Board of Directors, Boulder Council for International Visitors (BCIV) participates in numerous international networks.  She served as science faculty member at the University of Maryland, Munich Campus, for the better part of a decade, and most recently was the science lead for NASA’s GLOBE Observer Mosquito Habitat Mapper, and Deputy Director for Science, GLOBE Implementation Office, a NASA-funded environmental research and education organization operating in 127 countries.  She is a Fulbright Fellow (Brazil, 2021-2022) a UNITAR Global Diplomacy Fellow, and lives in Boulder, CO.
